Juliet is just one of our success stories with NSL, the UK’s leading provider of civil parking enforcement services. We helped to place her within the company in 2014 and she’s remained with them ever since. Juliet finds her role engaging and enjoyable - read more about her story with us:
“After I was made redundant from my previous job, which was a long term role, I received lots of support from the Growth Company in helping me to find a new job. After reviewing the jobs available with my work coach, NSL was one which appealed to me, so I applied with the Growth Company’s support and got the job. I now work as a Customer Service Representative!
“While at NSL, I have worked on services for various councils through the UK. These tasks have included parking enforcement, residential and business permit applications, penalty charge notices and challenges. I have also worked with councils, enforcing bodies and residents by phone and email. I like the varied tasks at NSL, the colleagues I work with and the management styles. I also think there is fair remuneration. No two days are the same.
“The work is flexible and, as I am cross skilled in the business, I can be moved to different sectors making each week different. I enjoy helping people and, when dealing with resident permits, I am consistently helping with parking problems or permit enquiries.
“I will continue to help customers and work with NSL, helping to move the company forward so I can retire happy. I feel like my future will be happy and bright, and I feel secure in my job.”
