Event: Employer Voice Focus Group on the Journey to Net Zero

- The next Growth Company Employer Voice Focus Group will take place at 11:00 on 25th June.
- The focus group will provide an opportunity to discuss the "journey to Net Zero".
- Organisations of all sizes are welcome to attend and contribute.
The Growth Company is hosting a virtual Employer Voice Focus Group from 11:00 on Tuesday, 25th June.
The session, which is open to employers of all sizes and in every sector, provides a platform to influence the design of future talent attraction, skills, and employment programmes.
It will examine how firms can improve their environmental performance by addressing barriers to Net Zero, including people (management and staff buy in), data (knowing what you should/can collect and how to use it in reporting), and first steps (opportunities assessments, prioritising actions, feasibility, and making the business case).
Following the last meeting, the forum will also cover diversification of the workforce and skills, training, and development in the workplace.
This focus groups have been and continue to be a unique platform through which businesses can have a positive impact on the future world of employment and the people who will be a part of it.
