Andy is just one of the people who has benefitted from this support.

Andy’s Story

Before the pandemic, Andy worked as a sports academy manager at a further education college. As part of his role, he coached the institution’s football team, taking them to their first national final in over one-hundred-years.  

Despite this success, Andy was sacked in 2020 based on false accusations made by other staff members. He took his case to an employment tribunal and won, returning to his previous job soon after. Even so, the same people continued to accuse him of wrongdoing, and he was once again dismissed.

After hearing about Employment Legal Advice, Andy contacted our team, who quickly reviewed his case and passed it onto one of our legal partners. Andy’s claim was subsequently approved for a tribunal.
