Supporting people to live healthier lives
Recovery Works is a charity which helps to improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in society. We offer personalised support to over 1000 people per year, helping them to recover from addiction, improve their physical and mental wellbeing as well as secure sustainable employment.
We have staff based within Change Grow Live (CGL) treatment services across Merseyside, Cheshire and Humberside, working with people with multiple complex barriers such as addiction, mental health and homelessness. Recovery Works staff work in partnership with substance misuse services to help people retrain, study, volunteer or find work as a foundation of their recovery.
Our specialisms include the use of lived experience team members, delivery of national ‘test and learn’ funded services as well as being an accomplished IPS (individual Placement Support) provider. All of which together can handhold an individual from whatever their starting point to being an active member in the labour market, leading a fulfilling life within society.
