If you know someone who is feeling stuck or overwhelmed, we help them move forward with FREE one-on-one coaching to help them overcome obstacles and start achieving their goals. We offer a range of free activities, classes, courses, and workshops to help build confidence and skills across these areas:

Includes confidence and motivation building, sports sessions, counselling sessions, physiotherapy sessions, healthy lifestyle workshops, nature and wellbeing activities and more. 

Includes financial education, workshops exploring pensions, budgeting, finance and digital skills and more. 

Includes employability workshops, job clubs, information on self-employment, support with work wardrobes, job search for people over 50 and more. 

Includes digital and IT skills, life skills, volunteering placements, ESOL courses and more. 

Includes parenting skills, support for carers, addressing social isolation and more. 

Includes clothes repair and upcycling workshops, domestic violence support sessions, peer mentoring programmes, support for racial inequality, menopause awareness and more.

Working Well: Support to Succeed is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The city-region's allocation, managed by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and delivered by The Growth Company, will provide support for up to 4,500 residents between January 2024 and March 2025.
