The Growth Company has supported people in prison and on probation for over 25 years.

We work closely with the Ministry of Justice and Probation Service to promote resettlement and rehabilitation, helping individuals make positive changes in their lives.

Our services include information, advice, and guidance; employability support; community engagement; emotional wellbeing support; support to improve and maintain physical health; family relationship support; new social network creation; and financial management support.

Delivered in prisons and community venues across the North of England, with online options available, our programmes aim to aid rehabilitation, reduce reoffending, and improve the wellbeing and prospects of participants, their families, and their communities.
