What is CFO Evolution?
Commissioned by HM Prison and Probation Service, Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution provides comprehensive, personalised support to people in prison and on probation.
It helps them to access mainstream services, so that they can enter employment, education, training, and interact positively with their local community.
Where do we deliver CFO Evolution?
The Growth Company and its partners deliver CFO Evolution at 11 prisons, three CFO Activity Hubs (Leeds, Doncaster, and Hull), and three Satellite Hubs (Huddersfield, Sheffield, and Bradford) across the region.
We also work alongside Achieve as a key sub-contractor to deliver services in the North West, including three CFO Activity Hubs (Blackpool, Manchester, and Liverpool) and three Satellite Hubs (Warrington, Preston, and Blackburn).
Attendance at our Hubs is voluntary, meaning we can support individuals at a pace that suits them to achieve their goals.

The CFO Evolution programme builds on the success of CFO3 and CFO Activity Hubs, working with a range of referral organisations, including the Probation Service, Prison Service, Prison Education Framework (PEF) Suppliers.
Probation Responsible Officers are responsible for referrals to the Hubs. However, we can also be contacted through the channels below.
