CFO Evolution will provide comprehensive, personalised support to help people in prison and on probation access mainstream services, supporting them with entering employment, education, training and interacting positively with their local community.
The Growth Company and its partners will deliver CFO Evolution at 11 prisons, three CFO Activity Hubs (Leeds, Doncaster, and Hull), and three Satellite Hubs (Huddersfield, Sheffield, and Bradford) across the region.
We will also work alongside Achieve as a key sub-contractor to deliver services in the North West, including three CFO Activity Hubs (Blackpool, Manchester, and Liverpool) and three Satellite Hubs (Warrington, Preston, and Blackburn).
Attendance at our Hubs is voluntary, meaning we can support individuals at a pace that suits them to achieve their goals.

The CFO Evolution programme will build on the CFO3 and CFO Activity Hubs successes and will work with a range of referral organisations including the Probation Service, Prison Service, Prison Education Framework (PEF) Suppliers. Probation Responsible Officers are responsible for referrals to the Hubs, however we can also be contacted through the channels below.
